Thermo-optical effect of TiO2 nanoparticles
Titanium dioxide (TiO 2) nanoparticles(NPs) were synthesized using the pulsed laser ablation method. Ttransmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis were employed to characterise them. In addition, nonlinear optical response of the synthesized sample was studied under continuous wave (CW) He-Ne laser excitation at different input powers. Thermo-optical coefficients of the NPs were calculated.
